Hi there! I'm Suzanne, a Health & Wellbeing Expert
For more than 15 years, I've supported women to navigate complex health changes — blending evidence-based practice with a deep understanding of the female body and mind.
I'm a Certified Menopause Weight Loss & Eating Psychology Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, and Clinical Hypnotherapist, with extensive training in nutrition and movement.
I have walked the menopause path myself. I know the challenges, the confusion, and the moments of doubt. That is why I created this program with deep understanding and compassion.
This is a self-paced online program, with access to my private Facebook community, where I show up regularly to answer questions, offer guidance, and support you as you move through the content.
Together, we'll build a personalised, sustainable approach that supports your body, mindset, and long-term wellbeing.
